The directions below are to our temporary office space in The Franklin Center, 128 East State Street, Suite 200. The building is at the corner of State and Broad streets and is across the street from our building at 115 South Broad Street. We expect to be in the temporary space through May, 2009 during construction of an addition to our 115 South Broad Street building.

The Franklin Center does not have on-site parking. You may park in the parking garage on North Union (approx one block from our office), or park on the street. There is usually space available on Broad Street.

From Philadelphia:

Take Route I-95 South to Route 322 West. Follow 322 to U.S. Route 1 and turn left (South) onto Route 1. Stay on Route 1 South for approximately ten miles. Approximately one mile after passing Longwood Gardens, take the first Kennett Square exit (at Walmart). You will be on State Street (also known as Old Baltimore Pike). Stay on State Street as it goes down a hill and then back up into the center of Kennett. At the top of the hill there will be a traffic light at Broad Street. You will see the five story brick building at the corner of State and Broad. Enter through the State Street entrance and take the elevator to the second floor.

From the South and West:

Take Route 1 North to the Kennett Square, Route 82 exit. Make a right (South) onto Route 82 and follow it for about a mile into Kennett. You will go through an intersection (traffic light) at State Street, make a left at the next light, Cypress Street. Stay on Cypress for one block and you will come to South Broad Street. Make a left onto Broad Street. The Franklin Center is the five story brick building at the end of the block. Enter through the State Street entrance and take the elevator to the second floor.

From Christiana:

Take Route 7 North into Pennsylvania (Route 7 becomes Kaolin Road in PA). After passing Hartefeld Golf Club continue approximately one and one half mile, Kaolin road will turn left at the second road on the left.(The first left is Bucktoe Road intersecting on a sharp right curve) Kaolin Road will cross over The Red Clay Creek immediately after making the left turn. Continue on Kaolin Road approximately two miles into Kennett Square (Kaolin Road now becomes Union Street, you will pass the Kennett High School on your right.) The second light after the school will be Cypress Street. Turn right onto Cypress and go one block to South Broad Street. Turn Left onto South Broad Street. The Franklin Center is the five story brick building at the end of the block. Enter through the State Street entrance and take the elevator to the second floor.

From Wilmington:

Take Route 52 North to Route 1 in Pennsylvania. Make a left onto Route 1 South and continue past Longwood Gardens. Approximately one mile after Longwood will be the first Kennett Square exit. Take this exit ramp (at Walmart) and go straight on State Street (also known as Old Baltimore Pike) as it goes down a hill and then back up into the center of Kennett. At the top of the hill there will be a traffic light at Broad Street. You will see the five story brick building at the corner of State and Broad. Enter through the State Street entrance and take the elevator to the second floor.
